REQUIREMENTS: MIN. 5 YEARS OLD. / MAX. 12 KIDS’ GUESTS (parents will need to be present). To attend a party at

our club, all individuals must arrive with our signed waiver (Liability release above) form. Takes 2 min, it's online. Please share it with your guests!

 

PRICE: $490 ($20/extra kid over 12 kids).

Fees do not include cake, food, decor or cleanup (WEC will provide trash containers). This is the birthday's family responsability.

PARTY FUN:

• 1,5 HOURS OF PONY RIDES, GAMES, ARTS & CRAFTS. (more detailed below)

• 30 MINUTES for meal/snacks/cake time. Food + cleanup to be provided by parents. Trash cans provided by WEC.

WHAT TO BRING THAT DAY: COMFORTABLE SHOES, LONG PANTS. HAIR TIED IN LOW PONY TAIL IS PREFERED. YOUR KID'S BIRTHDAT CAKE/CUPCAKES, SWEETS, APPLE TREATS (horses are also invited to your party right?) + BEVERAGES.  YOU MAY ARRIVE 15 MIN. EARLIER TO DECORATE! 

Please be caution on the amount of decorations as they could spook horses.

• $140 DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED TO BOOK YOUR DAY/TIME

• REMAINING WILL BE DUE 24 HRS PRIOR THE PARTY
